CARICOM FAILS HAITI – AGAIN!
Haiti has been a Caricom member for the past 25 years.
Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley took part in Emancipation Day activities but ignored the emergency in Haiti, the first European colony to stamp our slavery and racial injustice.
