RAMLOGAN VS. GRIFFITH – IT’S PERSONAL
FORMER Attorney General Anand Ramlogan is squaring off in a legal issue against embattled Police Commissioner Gary Griffith in what is a new twist to a personal conflict.
Ramlogan has filed an interpretation summons in court over Griffith being named acting commissioner after the expiry of the commissioner’s substantive term.

MINISTER of Health Terrence Deyalsingh has been ridiculed by Stephen Colbert, one of the world’s most popular television comedians.

CARNIVAL RUNNER SINKS AFTER $25.6 M FOR REPAIRS

The 41-metre Carnival Runner was found to have taken in water and its stern resting on the seabed.
But in the 2020-21 budget, the Ministry was allocated $25.6 million “to increase reliability of (water taxi) service.”
