A POLICE TICKET FOR AN UNSECURED BUCKET

IN a country with one of the world’s highest crime rates, per capita, is it good policing to ticket a farmer for an unsecured bucket in the tray of his agricultural vehicle?

The matter has animated Trinidad and Tobago after a revealing video surfaced of a police officer insisting upon issuing a ticket to an agriculturist.
